Refund policy

At Premier Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our guidelines below:

INSPECTING YOUR ORDER:

Upon receiving your order from us please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Please note that items may arrive from a third party dropshipper and might not have Premier Lighting information on the label.

Upon inspection If you notice any damage or missing parts, please contact Premier Lighting within 5 days of delivery. Damage or missing parts reported after this time may not be eligible for replacement or claim.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are interested in making a return for your order please note that returns are eligible within 30 days of delivery of the item. Items must be uninstalled, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to contact@shoppremier.com, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address associated with the order and the corresponding order number. Once our team approves the return, you will receive the necessary information to commence the return procedure.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to the appropriate party. There is no restocking fee on returns. Premier Lighting will provide a prepaid shipping label to return items at no cost to you.

Please note that returned items must be dispatched via mail within 14 business days of filing for a return. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit. Premier Lighting is not responsible for shipping delays or any costs associated with delays.

Kindly be aware that if items received from a return arrive in a damaged condition or not received within the specified time frame, this order  will not qualify for a refund. You will be promptly notified via email once the evaluation process is completed..

Please be advised that we cannot accept returns for any items that have been installed. Once an item has been installed, it is no longer eligible for a return. Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable.

Display items may be returned within 30 days if they are in the same condition as sold. This is up to the discretion of the sales rep at the showroom the item was purchased. 

Please note that store credits are valid for one (1) year from the original order date and will expire thereafter. 

Please note that once a refund is processed to you it can take anywhere from 7-10 business days before it will show on your account.

INSTALLATION SERVICES:

By scheduling installation services with Premier Lighting, the customer agrees to the following terms:

All installation services must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Installation appointments are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible, safe, and ready for service at the scheduled time. This includes providing clear access to the workspace and ensuring appropriate electrical wiring and support are in place. Premier Lighting is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, structural limitations, or code violations discovered at the time of installation.

If unforeseen conditions arise that prevent completion of the installation, additional charges may apply. Any modifications to the original scope of work may result in additional labor and material costs.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a 24 hour notice from my appointment time. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Premier Lighting is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to product availability, shipping delays, or site readiness issues.

By proceeding with installation services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are unable to cancel your order 48 hours after it has been placed. It is possible to cancel backordered items in your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment.
