Premier Lighting – Terms of Service

Welcome to Premier Lighting. By purchasing products or services from Premier Lighting, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General
These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through Premier Lighting, including in-store purchases, online orders, and special orders. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Premier Lighting reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Certain items may be special order items and may require extended lead times depending on the manufacturer.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Premier Lighting is not responsible for manufacturer delays, shipping delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. Premier Lighting reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or adjust orders affected by incorrect pricing.
Taxes, delivery fees, and installation charges may apply and will be added where applicable.
4. Orders & Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the type of order.

In-stock items: Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Special order items: A deposit or full payment may be required before the order is placed with the manufacturer.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted to the manufacturer.
5. Inspection of Merchandise
Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon pickup or delivery.
If any items are damaged, defective, or missing parts, Premier Lighting must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for replacement.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Installed items are not eligible for return.
All approved returns must:
- Be in original packaging
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns are subject to restocking fees.
Special order items may not be eligible for return.
Approved returns may be issued as store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Store Credits expire one (1) year from the original invoice date.
7. Installation Services
If installation services are provided or recommended by Premier Lighting, the following terms apply:
- Installation must be scheduled in advance.
- Installation fee will occur
- Customers must ensure the installation area is accessible and ready.
- Premier Lighting is not responsible for electrical issues, structural conditions, or pre-existing site conditions.
Additional charges may apply if unforeseen circumstances arise during installation.
8. Manufacturer Warranties
Most products sold by Premier Lighting are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.
Premier Lighting does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s procedures and guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
Premier Lighting is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Installation errors performed by third-party contractors
- Manufacturer defects beyond applicable warranty coverage
- Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or events outside our control
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Premier Lighting website, marketing materials, and promotional materials are the property of Premier Lighting and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Premier Lighting operates.
